No less than 5 of us left the windswept frozen city of Beijing on the 828 direct to Langfang early on Monday morning. The Lantern Festival, the first full moon after the Chinese New Year, is one of the major traditional Chinese festivals. On this year’s Lantern Festival (Feb. 6th, 2012), we had five visitors from Beijing to celebrate with us. Despite of the windy weather, they arrived to their final destination, Yongqing, after three hours of travelling.
Our staff and volunteers from Langfang Holy Care Group took our Beijing visitors to do a home-visiting in Qiandian village. The gathering place was in Mrs. Dai’s home and she invited 5 other local PLWAs …
